Role Description

HibLink Tech is looking for an experienced SEO & Client Strategy Specialist with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience driving organic search growth and acting as the strategic, communicative bridge between our team and our clients. We’re looking for someone who can build bulletproof technical SEO strategies, execute complex audits, and confidently present ROI-driven results to stakeholders—not just run keyword reports. We also want someone who knows how to use AI tools as part of their everyday SEO and client workflow to analyze SERP data faster, draft technical recommendations, automate reporting, and scale content strategies while maintaining a human, brand-aligned voice. Working hours Willing to work in between Monday-Friday from 3:30 (9:30 LT) until 2:00 (8:00 LT ) NOT A REMOTE JOB but on SITE on our Bole office.

Qualifications

•3–5+ years of professional SEO experience
•Deep proficiency in technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization, and search strategy
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; highly fluent in leading client calls, managing expectations, and translating complex SEO jargon into clear business value
•Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Search Console)
•Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and how SEO impacts overall revenue
•Hands-on experience using AI tools for SEO research, data analysis, and content optimization
•Ability to evaluate AI-generated content and technical recommendations to ensure they are accurate, human-sounding, and aligned with the client’s brand
•Ability to independently analyze campaign performance, build reports, and make data-driven strategic decisions
•Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
